The Night Moves On...

After basically having the whole table to myself...the press room is starting to fill up. This is my buddy Andrew from The Financial Times. He wanted to point out that he is wearing a University of Scranton hat that he picked up at a McCain Rally in Scranton! He's a fashionista!

I met this man yesterday while standing in line to get press credentials. His name is Benoit Clair, and he is a TV correspondent for TV5Monde, the largest Television Channel in Europe, outside of CNN. I interviewed him today on how Europe is viewing our election. There are over 2,400 foreign journalists here at the McCain headquarters covering tonight's election. They are broadcasting in teams thru out the day and into the evening, depending on their time and viewing schedules. They are divided up into teams of 20-25 people, and they rotate thru out the night in shifts, broadcasting from the television risers behind me in the picture. According to the latest poll taken in Europe, 64% would vote for Barack Obama, if they were able, due to his stance on the economy.
